  • What is Sensorfact and how does it optimize industrial production?

Sensorfact is an Industrial IoT (IIoT) solution that helps manufacturers eliminate resource waste through plug-and-play monitoring. We provide wireless sensors and a cloud-based platform to track energy (electricity, gas, water), compressed air, and machine health (predictive maintenance) in real-time.

  • Is there any production downtime required for installation?

No. Our sensors are strictly non-invasive. Electricity sensors (CT clamps) clip around cables, and vibration sensors use magnetic or adhesive mounts. This “plug-and-play” setup allows you to start collecting granular machine data immediately without pausing your production lines or modifying existing machinery.

  • How does Sensorfact help with ISO 50001 and CSRD compliance?

Sensorfact automates the data collection required for energy audits and sustainability reporting. By providing machine-level granularity rather than just total facility consumption, we enable companies to meet ISO 50001 standards and fulfill CSRD requirements with accurate, verifiable data.

  • How secure is the data transmission from my factory?

Security is built-in at the hardware level. Our sensors use a secure sub-GHz frequency to communicate with a local bridge (gateway). This gateway then sends encrypted data to our cloud via 4G/LTE or Ethernet, ensuring your internal IT network remains isolated and protected from external threats.

  • What makes Sensorfact different from a standard energy meter?

Beyond just hardware, Sensorfact provides actionable intelligence. While a meter only shows consumption, our platform (supported by our in-house energy consultants) identifies specific waste, detects leaks in compressed air systems, and predicts machine failures before they happen, leading to average energy savings of 5-15%.
