Amarant Bakkers increases efficiency and production output with Sensorfact OEE

The start

Amarant Bakkers was already working with an OEE system, but this proved to be complex to use and not very flexible. Adjustments were dependent on the supplier, which led to waiting times and additional costs. The system was difficult to maintain and expand.

The solution

Amarant Bakkers, already familiar with Sensorfact for energy measurement (both electricity and gas), opted for their OEE system with wireless sensors. The user-friendliness of the dashboard for operators and the ability for management to independently create new products and stops (downtime) were important advantages. The direct communication and influence on Sensorfact’s roadmap provided additional confidence.

The results
