BHI Biohealth identifies over €29,000 in annual savings potential

BHI Biohealth International GmbH is an expert in contract manufacturing of health products such as capsules, tablets, powders and liquids for the private label market.

From the beginnings of production in October 2003, a successful company with over 250 permanent employees has developed.

In Münchberg, the products produced today include dietary supplements, sports nutrition, powdered protein drinks and Whey Shakes, as well as muesli bars and protein snacks.

The need

In June 2022, BHI started using Sensorfact to obtain accurate data on electricity consumption and perform an efficiency check.

The solution

By installing 20 sensors, 100% of the total power consumption is monitored. The collected data was analyzed by Sensorfact’s energy consultants to identify savings opportunities.

The results

Using Sensorfact algorithms, a savings potential of 29,361 euros was identified and an ROI of 6.7 was achieved.
